Türkiye’s tourist souvenir and giftware fair, Souvenir Expo Türkiye, was held at the Istanbul Expo Center between December 3–6, 2025. The organization concluded this year by breaking a record in the rate of foreign visitors.

According to the data obtained throughout the fair, 60 percent of the visitors consisted of international professionals. Buyers from Greece, Romania, Serbia, the United States, France, and Gulf countries (Qatar, Kuwait, UAE), primarily from the Balkan region, represented more than 100 countries, further strengthening the fair’s international character.

Commercial Connections and Visitor Profile

The visitor profile, consisting of retail store owners, chain market managers, museum shop operators, duty-free operators, and hotel managers, conducted commercial meetings with manufacturing companies throughout the four-day event. The fair functioned as a platform where domestic manufacturers established direct connections with global distributors and laid the groundwork for high-volume business collaborations.

Target of Becoming a Global Trade Platform

Mert Kaan Duman, Country Manager of Rota Exhibitions Turkey, stated that they achieved their international impact target for 2025 at a record level. Emphasizing that the increase in the foreign visitor rate demonstrates the fair’s transformation into a global trade platform, Duman underlined that Türkiye’s influence in global markets continues to grow thanks to its competitive manufacturing strength.

The 2026 Route: Yenikapı

A change in both the schedule and location for the sector’s next gathering was also announced. Souvenir Expo Türkiye will be held at the Yenikapı Exhibition Area between November 19–22, 2026.
