EXCLUSIVE NEWS – Organized under the patronage of French President Emmanuel Macron and recognized as one of Europe’s most important meeting points for pre-hospital emergency professionals, Secours Expo is preparing to open its doors in Paris between March 18–20, 2026.

The founder of the fair, Nicolas Lefebvre, shared the global vision of the event in an exclusive statement to fuarhaber.online and directly addressed Turkish companies.

Secours Expo 2026 focuses on the fundamental transformations taking place in emergency medicine and disaster management. Evaluating the main agenda of the fair, Nicolas Lefebvre stated, “The world of emergency medical services is undergoing major changes,” and continued with the following remarks:

“Above all, we will discuss the latest international scientific guidelines on ‘cardiac arrest’ published by ILCOR and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC). Climate change and its direct impact on the frequency and severity of disasters, as well as artificial intelligence and new technologies in general, will be at the center of discussions among professionals.”

“Darkness” Simulation Experience Under the Rubble

The fair will not be limited to theoretical knowledge sharing, but will also offer immersive experiences to participants. A special workshop to be set up at the exhibition area by the “World Rescue Corps” will allow visitors to experience search and rescue operations under rubble firsthand. Participants will have the opportunity to undergo a highly realistic experience through a victim-search simulation conducted in complete darkness.

In addition, live demonstrations to be held in the fair square will showcase specific intervention techniques used during earthquakes. Visitors will be able to closely examine the specialized equipment used by rescue teams and analyze on site the methods applied when approaching collapsed buildings.

Opportunity to Connect with Teams Active in Türkiye

Emphasizing that the fair offers a unique networking opportunity for Turkish participants, Lefebvre drew attention to past solidarity efforts and stated:

“At Secours Expo 2026, we will host numerous international rescue associations and French civil protection experts, including many who have previously provided support to teams in Türkiye.”

Two Major European Congresses Under One Roof

Beyond being a commercial event, Secours Expo 2026 also stands out as a strong academic summit. The event will host two major European congresses focused on emergency and disaster medicine: the EUSEM Winter Days and the European Resuscitation Council meetings. The bilingual program, delivered in French and English, aims to create a continuous environment of knowledge exchange among French and European professionals within the exhibition venue.

A Special Area Proposal for Türkiye

The most striking part of the interview focused on messages related to Türkiye. Drawing attention to Türkiye’s strategic importance and experience in disaster management, Lefebvre stated that they have fully opened their doors to Turkish companies with the following remarks:

“We are open to all forms of exchange of ideas in order to bring our countries’ emergency response units closer together. Naturally, suppliers will be warmly welcomed at Secours Expo. If there is significant participation from Turkish companies, we may even consider establishing a ‘Special Area for Türkiye’ within the exhibition venue. Making progress in serving the public can only be possible through such bilateral relations.”

Shaping the Future with Innovation Awards

Bringing together innovative manufacturers, start-ups, and public institutions, the fair will honor groundbreaking solutions in the field of civil security through the “2026 Innovation Awards.” Lefebvre emphasized that these awards represent a unique opportunity for companies to gain visibility among European decision-makers and strengthen their leadership positions.
