Bringing together Anatolia’s deep-rooted breakfast traditions with modern production power, the Ankara Breakfast Fair is preparing to open its doors in Ankara from 11 to 15 February 2026.

The five-day event will bring together local producers, food industry professionals, entrepreneurs and consumers on a shared commercial platform. Aiming to unite all stakeholders of the breakfast products sector under one roof, the Ankara Breakfast Fair offers a strategic growth opportunity, particularly for small and medium-sized producers.

Participating companies will hold B2B meetings with national and international purchasing professionals to establish dealerships, distributorships and new supply channels. While supporting the branding journey of Anatolia’s local flavours, the fair also aims to increase the share of breakfast products within food exports.

Visitors and industry representatives will have the opportunity to experience product quality firsthand in dedicated tasting areas, while also gaining direct consumer feedback through on-site hot sales points established within the fairground.

Operating with the vision of introducing Anatolia’s rich product diversity to the world, the platform also aims to contribute indirectly to Türkiye’s gastronomy tourism.

The “Breakfast Fair from Anatolia to the World” will be open to visitors at the Ankara Altınpark Exhibition Centre from 11 to 15 February 2026.
