The Athens International Jewellery Show (AIJS), one of the most important B2B platforms for the jewellery and watch industry in the Balkans and the Mediterranean region, is preparing to open its doors for the 38th time between February 27 and March 2, 2026. Serving as a strategic reference point for industry professionals ahead of the summer tourism season, the exhibition will span an area of 12,000 square meters in Athens.
Gold, silver, precious stones, and watch categories form the main axis of the organization, which plays a central role particularly in promoting Greek-made jewellery to global markets. Greek jewellery art, which stands out with its sophisticated designs and high production quality, will be the focus of international buyer delegations throughout the fair. Industry professionals will gather on this platform to refresh their collections and examine the latest production techniques in the market.
The “Design Section”, which constitutes one of the most remarkable areas of the fair, was curated as a special zone where both Greek and international designers reflect their contemporary art understanding. Operating with the vision of “Shaping the future of Greek jewellery – from Athens to the world,” this section will highlight authentic creations, next-generation designers who base their work on experimentation with materials and forms, and collectible artistic jewellery accepted as design objects.
AIJS stands out not only as an exhibition platform, but also for its strong success in meeting the commercial expectations of professional visitors. According to available data, eighty-six percent of attendees state that the fair fully meets their business needs. The event offers a direct sourcing and networking channel for tourist shop owners, gallery managers, concept store representatives, and e-commerce platform executives.
