Bringing together all stakeholders in elderly care, healthy ageing and geriatric technologies, the PAL Expocare – Elderly Care and Healthy Ageing Fair will be held at the Tepekule Convention and Exhibition Centre from 5 to 7 February 2026.

Organised by Kare Fuar, the event will offer a broad perspective ranging from medical solutions and wearable technologies to “Longevity” seminars and scientific symposiums.

Healthy Ageing and the “Longevity” Vision

PAL Expocare places the concept of Longevity, an essential component of the healthy ageing journey, at the centre of its agenda. Going beyond being merely an exhibition space, the fair aims to raise awareness and promote a culture of healthy ageing by presenting solutions to health challenges associated with ageing. Throughout the event, conferences will address nutrition, diet and healthy lifestyle strategies through expert-led discussions.

PAN Geriatrics Symposium to Be Held

The PAN Geriatrics Symposium, to be held in Izmir for the first time within the scope of the fair, will form the scientific pillar of the event. Bringing together physicians, nurses, geriatric specialists and academics, the symposium will address current scientific data and advanced technologies in the fields of ageing, care and treatment. With a particular focus on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, the symposium will serve as an important knowledge-sharing platform for sector professionals.

Training Sessions to Be Held

The event programme of the fair offers a comprehensive training schedule for caregivers and professional care personnel:

  • Neurological Focus: Seminars titled “Is Every Case of Forgetfulness Alzheimer’s?” and “Understanding the Perspective of an Alzheimer’s Patient.”
  • Movement and Exercise: The importance of physical activity for patients with Parkinson’s disease.
  • Care Psychology: Bedridden patient care and the psychological well-being of caregivers.
  • Technical Briefings: Informational sessions for nurses and nursing home staff.

A Broad Participant Profile Expected

The fair brings together products across more than 30 categories aimed at improving the quality of life of elderly and disabled individuals under one roof. The participant profile ranges from private hospitals, rehabilitation centres, robotic device manufacturers, smart monitoring systems, and orthopaedic bed and furniture producers to health tourism agencies and wearable technology brands.
