Lifestyle hospitality group Ennismore is bringing its first city-centre project in Egypt’s capital, Cairo, to life under the Rixos brand. Developed in partnership with World Trade Center (WTC) Cairo, Rixos and Rixos Living World Trade Center Cairo are scheduled to open in phases starting from 2027.
A New Two-Tower Model in the City Centre
Located along the Nile River and within Cairo’s central business district, the project stands out with its two-tower structure. Combining hotel and serviced residence functions, the development aims to meet the region’s corporate and long-term accommodation demand. The project will feature a total capacity of 364 keys, including 176 hotel rooms and 188 serviced residences.
The project’s operational process will progress in phases. While the South Tower is planned to open in 2027 under the Rixos Living brand, the North Tower is expected to begin operations in 2028 as a Rixos hotel and serviced residences. The project will mark the first city-centre development of the Rixos Living brand worldwide.

Ramadan El-Wasaty Al-Arnaouty, General Manager of World Trade Center Cairo Company, and François Bauduin, Chairman of the Board of Rixos Hospitality Egypt.
